Unlike traditional ice cream and gelato, Semifreddo is crafted through a whipping process resulting in a full flavored frozen treat full of rich texture.

Cloud 9 was born in the home kitchen of Eric Post, one of the Hudson Valley’s most sought after private chefs, inspired by his culinary trips to Italy. It developed a cult following by whipping up pints out of the old La Mer seafood shop on Main Street in Armonk, NY and has been delighting fans from near and far ever since.
